Re: maximum injector size?
thanks for the clearing that up. dunno where i got that idea. it'll be on e85, so that'll help with the low pulsewidth stuff with any luck.

maximum injector size?
Hi guys. i'm doing a bit of research before embarking on a project. can an '808 handle 2200cc injectors? they'd be high impedance bosch deals. for some reason i thought it was limited to 1000cc or so. i had a bit of a search, and found the calculator, but no mention of a maximum size.

Re: kwp 2000 read/write on a honda bike ecu.
What info do you have about the ecu? model or service number? Any circuit diagrams? Can you name any existing software which is supposed to work? so massive thread dig. i'm back into this again. the ecm is made by keihin, and the service number seems to be 9042. it apparently has a renesas DF6387FP...

Re: transmission control questions.
Thanks guys. Could I use $11p on a 6cyl setup? Some logging of engine parameters will be nice too.
Tre-cool if it's just a skid pig, why spend a shitload of money on a haltech? Why not just set the existing ecu up with real time tuning and use it? Or use a '424? Keep the money for tyres.

Re: transmission control questions.
So I've had a read of vl400's thread, and how to connect up the a340 to a 424 is outlined there. Any suggestions on the other stuff?

transmission control questions.
so i'm scoping 2 projects. at the moment i've got an st141 corona which will likely end up with a 3.5 magna v6 and either an a340 (bolt up using pajero bits, but allegedly only as strong as a 4L60E.) or a jatco 4er03a (i think that's what it's called. tt 300z box among others.) if i'm looking to mak...

Re: VK Calais L76 Conversion
Looks like this will be a VZ series 2 harness and E38 PCM, easiest solution to make everything work with the least amount of effort. As much as I would like to see it on a '424 I dont want/need the task of wiring and tuning this one! that's fair enough. the main thing for me with ls engines is no r...
