thanks for the ideas. adjustable bracket is the way to go i think! i will be mounting my sensor on inlet side same as yours festy. i plan to get the engine running using the camira inlet manifold pictured at the start of the thread, however i would like to replace it will motorcylcle throttle bodies...

did you allow for adjustment in the sensor mounting?

if i set it a 0, when i have the computer hooked up, i will be able to adjust the timming anyway, wont i ?

what crank sensor are u using on the datto?

wanting to double check the position of the sensor as im still not 100% sure, some say the crank sensor needs to be on the 10* before TDC slot when cyl #1 is on TDC, others have said the sensor needs to pointing to the 60* before TDC slot when cyl #1 is a TDC, can anyone confirm before i go ahead an...

thanks for the link, i had a wiring diagram, but those are a fair bit easier to understand, cheers :thumbup: made some progress tonight, machined my alfa crank pulley and lada trigger wheels, made the trigger wheel a tight fit onto the crank pully, now just got to drill and tap a pcd and secure the ...

what diamter is your crank trigger wheel going to be? does anyone know if the diamter of it can be changed or does it need to be the exact same size as the lada one? cheers, brad

regarding d1927a ignition module plugs, is it true that for the 2 pin plug (power and earth) i can use just the power terminal and let the module earth through the base?

a 4 into 1 plenum works for map sensor, have seen it done successfully loads of times, what i would like to know is would a delco tps work with itb's? as in, mounted on a shaft with 4 butterflies as opposed to mounted on a single tb with 1 butterfly, would the ecu still be able to read this? delcowi...

hi, good to see another alfa conversion underway! nice car btw, good offset wheels aswel, just needs to be lowerd a bit ;) is that the only alfa you have? if you really get stuck with the inlet manifold, ditch the spider one and install a je camira inlet manifold, this would give you the o-ring inje...
