With a VT distributor giving cam position, the Auto V8 could be setup in group mode as the V6 is.

I recently looked at a number of different Daewoo ECU's at the wreckers. Some of them had removable eproms, others did not. Looking at the wiring diagram's, particularly the models using the family 2 (camira style) engine, they are almost pin for pin the same as an 808. :thumbup: None of the models ...

I have headded down a similar path with VE Learn, logging VE with TP while VE Learn is enabled, then averaging.

Have not tried it. I would assume the factory would use some sort of JTAG interface to get the initial code into them.

The early stuff (VN/VP) had TCC lockup speeds altered, but other than that the calibration was the same as stockers.
