Maybe the maf is cactus , giving readings that are not far enough out to throw a code but high enough to exceed predicted airflow

Is it an auto , if so have you checked the transmission module for codes .

You cant just change the srs configuration in dash , if you do you will then get a configuration mismatch error between dash and srs module
