Re: Vx l67 flash
If you flick me a PM Acetek I can send you a beta version of the flashtool that will recover the dead PCMs.
To go to the flash PCM enhanced code working you need to do a write bin initially (answer no to writing the registers), then after that to make your tuning changes just write cal.

Re: 16176424 Standalone for 4L60e
You will need an RPM input for the trans to shift, many things such as kickdown shift pounts are RPM dependant. I'd seriously consider getting the PCM to control spark as delcowizzid suggested. But just like injectors, you dont need the ignition module or dizzy connected to the PCM. The tach signal ...

Re: Batch injection with siamese ports, injector timing
Another issue with siamese ports is AE, rather than fuel sitting waiting for the valve to open on each cylinder the first to open gets most or all of it (and pulls more of the condensed fuel from the intake), then when the shared cylinders intake valve opens there is bugger all left sitting waiting....

Re: DFCO not working
At 1min DFCO works and at at 2min40 the TPS not being 0 prevents it. Could be a setting, a mechanical thing or your foot ever so slightly on the pedal.
This is at 1min and shows DFCO working....

Re: Firebug's V6 Gemini
Some good welding on that aluminium, if you can even call it that! Its horrible to weld.
Can jam some extra rod in the puddle and then taper off more slowly at the end of your weld to stop that crater forming.

Re: DFCO not working
1min in to your log DFCO is working. At 2min40 TPS is not at 0% so wont be in DFCO.
