If you listen very carefully you can hear it rusting! You might even be able to hear the fords roaring in the background.
I have been waiting ages to use that one! It looks good though.

Re: My submerge import
Looks pretty straight. It will make a good sleeper, might give a few V8's a shake up.

Re: '808 high speed comms mod
Can I suggest you try and burn a known good bin onto a new 27c256 eprom before you buy a new programmer.
If the eprom verifys to the bin you just burned I would expect it to be OK. I have had some troubles reading stock memcals too.
There were some which I couldnt even read.

Re: 308 EFI in ski boat
I would sugest using a VN-VP 808 ECU. You could either modify the (I assume you have a VS auto harness?) plugs on your harness or de-pin your current plugs and re-pin the VP plugs to suit the 808. VP has no probs with security. VSS isn't an issue, just need to make it think it is in neutral. No prob...

Re: mosfet help
TO-220 MOSFETs have a standard pinout: 1-gate, 2-drain, 3-source.

ALDL display
Hi guys, had a look at making one of these ALDL displays http://www.kolumbus.fi/juha.niinikoski/ ... ldl160.htm a few years ago. Just wondering if anyone has seen it before?
Would it be able to be modified to view 8192 baud ALDL data? Just a thought.
