Might not help but just check which version 12P you are using to what you are flashing with...ie V111 and V112 (which you are using) I always used my old laptop with XP and changed to another laptop with win7 with my Ostrich and loaded the latest software ie V112 realising i was using V111. I think there was a bulletin out on those thermostat housings from memory. The inlets were approx 1/2 mm undersized for the radiator hose and find coolant/corrosion build up at the end of the hose. Ahhhh was that similar to the earlier "special" box with the resistor pack to bypass the key reader/slip ring?
