What are people doing to replace the lower control arm bushes on the front end.

I am restoring Dad's front end and need to replace these bushes, any tips on removing them too.

I am still trying to get my bushes sorted. I have had new ones made, but the mechanic is having trouble getting them back in. Upper arm is done, rear swing arm is done, but the front lower arm is a problem.
