I have seen pictures of G150 Bellett engine that take a modern oil filter in the same position as the original cartridge would go. I am having trouble finding a replacement cartridge so thought about converting to this modern kind. Example pic from Alistairs old bellett  Does anyone know what engine this is off? |

It's original. Latest engines had these fitted. It's easy to change the flter, but more important; there is a return valve in the filter canister giving better oil pressure at start up ....... |

Same setup as fitted to 70 mod florian 1600 takes Repco ROF 93 filter cheers ken |
