My trip to the Nationals has been great so far, catching up with relies on the way down. Just having a niggling engine missing issue when accelerating only after idling for a while. It's not points because they are breaker less type I installed last year, not condenser either because it doesn't need one. Runs fine once I'm cruising tho. Heres a few pics :D

Well if it isn't spark which is always the first place to check then perhaps carbies too lean (or too rich).
If it stumbles off idle then picks up it could be lean-off-idle which is fairly common to SU type carbies
Try starting off with a little choke
If it is better (or worse if too rich) then adjust your carbies accordingly (about 1/4 turn clockwise to richen)
If it stumbles under load like 1/2 way up a hill in 4th gear then fuel delivery may be compromised - check your fuel filter bowl
If still no good then perhaps timing a bit off, pull a couple of degrees out of it

Oh thanks Dave, mine might be the best PR90 but I think a few better GT's will turn up in Albury tomorrow!

I had a chat with Janet and Terry Hill on Wednesday afternoon while have a little food stop Cootamundra.
Can't wait to catch up with everyone else.
