Salutations to everyone in the land of Bellett,

My name is Geoff, aka "Stickman". I'm a Brisbane boy who has been without a Bell' for several years uptill now. I'm the fortunate new owner of Dave's green [/color]65 that was on Ebay (the Gold Coast car). This is now my 4th Bellett over the years. My first Bell' was a 64 Hillclimb ratter that went like a rat up a drain pipe untill I had to shed those salty tears of departure and move on to something less attention seeking (EB Ford wagon) to the local authorities. Big misstake I know . My 2nd was a 66 auto which was mint until it was writen off (many thanks to a SIMS metal truck/ how ironic is that). My 3rd was a 67 delux in VG nik but never saw any drive time. I'm currently driving a 98 Magna (hold the laughter) which has been great but I love Bellett's and early datto's way too much (had a couple of 180B's, a Stanza and a V8 powered 120Y fastback). So I'm back baby!!!!!!!!!
Damn I'm glad I found this site!!
The Magna will now become my donor car for the 65 Bell' as I make some (slight) modifications. It is a little criminal to molest something so pure and innocent but this will be my daily drive with all the thrills.
I'm also keen to purchase another early original sedan, 64/65, if anyone knows of a neat one for sale. Will not be modded in any way shape or form other than S/S sleaving of brake cylinders.

Many thanks for the crew who have taken the time to set up this site.
Regards Geoff "Stickman" Taylor

Welcome, welcome...aka "stickman". Like yourself a relative newcomer and delighted to see all Bell' fanatics transgressing this site. Your right, hats off to the makers and the guru's with such valuable info and experience.
