Just wondering is someone out there might have Florian window winder handles and/or interior door opening handles.
To go on a Chev Luv, I know interior door opening handles are the same, not sure about the winder handles?? :D

That would be amazing, I have attached 2 photos of what is on the Luv.
1 shows the chrome winder handle which i gather is correct just unsure if its the same as a Florian.
Door handles 1 is gone the other the trim is missing and the plastic mounting is broken.
The mechanisms both work fine and open with little effort so me thinks the little Italian Concreter
who owned the car for 41 years was a little rough.

Thanks Glenn A Bellett heater is fairly different BUT you got me thinking!! :geek:
I have Bellett heaters and plenty of room in the LUV!!
Prob the most difficult part would be the fresh air intake....dont need it! just recirculate.
4 fire wall mounts, I can make up a bracket to mount the heater, reckon enough room to mount it
Bellett style or even vertically.
At least gives me demist and heat till i can find the right unit!!
Thanks for the kick start Glenn

No problem Josh. I have no idea really, but 'thought' maybe the firewall is similar. Anyway, a Bellett heater is much easier to find than an Elf one.

Good luck with keeping warm.

Josh, I reckon OzLuvTrucker would have a Luv or at least a KB heater. Perhaps message him in case he hasn't read this. Bellett heaters with fans are hard to find.
Cheers, Matt

correct Matt, and i have kept all of the ones from cars i wrecked over the years too...
not all in the one place but may get them together one day for a reunion :) :) :)
and there were 10 Bellett's in my suburban back yard at one point, and a few Florian's too
the kids used to pretend drive them and jump from roof to roof

its a journey of discovery, you just never know what is squirreled away in that shed!

I appreciate the offer OzLuvTrucker but I dont want to take something out of your car, Im sure
a wreck of a Luv or Florian will come up and in the mean time I will mod a Bellett heater
to give me a demister.

If you do hear of a Luv for wrecking let me know.
75-80 seems to be the best option for some reason all the 72-74s I have seen don't have heaters.
