Hi All,
I am looking for somebody who has a sedan rear parcel shelf that is beyond use, but the speaker section is ok.
I just want the oval speaker slotted section and about 20mm or so around it.
glenn

Glenn, I will check the rusty wrecks on the weekend. Working during daylight hours tomorrow. (For a change!) Surely one will be ok! Matt.

I want to fit a modern radio semi-hidden, and the best place for speakers is in the back as i don't want to cut door panels etc.

I'll check the spare parcel shelves I have but I think they all have perished grills from sun damage ?? Will double check and get back to you on that one.

I will be back out at my brothers tomorrow so will have a dig around in my container up the back paddock and see what I can find. There might be one intact buried in there somewhere.

I made a false panel out of MDF to go over the rear shelf. Covered it with carpet (thin) and mounted a speaker cover onto it. Looks like a GT rear parcel shelf. The speaker cover I used was out of a Hyundai. Can't remember which model. If you don't do any good with Sticky's, I'll try and post a pic.
Dave.

Dave. Thanks for the info. I did exact same thing many years ago on my 1st teardrop..... but for the Sport i want it to look as much original as possible, albeit with some modern touches not too visible. glenn
