Ok, for all who are struggling to get new windscreen rubbers (front and rear) i can now supply brand new genuine isuzu rubbers front and rear or one or the other. These rubbers are freshly made (not 40 year old stock) So they are super easy to manipulate. I have just received the my set for my resto and it looks very easy to fit the window chrome as the rubber is nice and soft. Now i havent yet got a confirmed price on a set of front and back rubbers, but the price should be around the $400-$450 mark i presume delivered to your door (im hoping) but they say the more i buy the cheaper it could be. So if your interested let me know and i can start some sort of a group buy..BUT i havent yet confirmed the price might be cheaper might be more but i will post up when i find out...Sounds expensive for 2 rubbers but when your doing a resto money doesnt matter!

Waldo do they have the moulded corners or 1 long loop, if they are the 1 loop job the chrome strip folds the corner in and a hard to fit :?: I got a few sets out of japan last year.

the ones i got had no corners if you place the chrome in they curled the corners and we could not get the last one in we were so close. Maybe they have fixed it. I still have some when i replace the maroon gt windscreen we are going to try againas the rubber has been in for a few years and may have taken a shape :?: In the meantime i have been using landcruiser hj45 it fits in without any triming.

Have you tried heating the rubber with a heat gun for the last corner it might make it a bit more plyable
