might be a tough ask for some of those parts.

Jason has a few Bellett parts in another thread in Japanese auctions. Keep an eye on that, some of the bits might turn up.

I think i have a s/h exhaust gasket somewhere.

The BCCV used to have Gasket kits but i think none left although possibly that might change if they find/get made some more..

Car didnt come with tacho or extractors, Was sitting on a farm for about 7-8 years. Had back windsceen smashed by vandals. tacho was either stolen or was placed by owner in one of his 6 or 7 sheds, unlikely to ever be found again in my lifetime. Likely there will be other parts missing as I progress but these are the most obvious peices at the moment.

had to make a set of extractors a few years ago for mine.
originals are over 40 years old now, and 90% are stuffed. my originals were waffer thin, and was a never ending job to patch them up, so i made a brand new set instead.
should be ok for another 40 years.

Post subject:  Re: GT Parts needed

me Glenn. but did it in a mates exhaust shop when he still had it.
used the original mounting plate, but all new pipes and now a flat, bolt on flange to the exhaust, not a slip joint.
not that hard to do, and i'd still do my own even tho he doesn't have the shop anymore, but with bends and straight pipe sections u can buy separately, because a good exhaust shop with A: someone who cares, and B: someone who actually knows how to do custom work as opposed to "bolt off, bolt on" is getting bloody hard.
there are some around that do very nice work, but they know how to charge too....
mind u, my standards of what i'll except as a good job is probably higher than some, so i can be critical sometimes.

yes, i have done one myself using U bends when i had the 1600 DOHC toyota motor in the white GT. Tedious but easy enough to do.
Not much choice though, toyota in a bellett, no off the shelf stuff LOL
