That's about the going rate for a nice sedan these days. Another went for 7500 a few weeks earlier and yet another will go for a minimum of 7000 within a week.

It is my old Teardrop for sure, I recognise lots of little things on it. sold it just over a year ago to a dealer at Gosford for under $3000 .It’s been tidied up a bit with retrimmed seats and dash and some panels repainted.

Yeah it looks pretty nice. I suppose there is a couple of thousand in the retrimming. But, "brakes need attention, and unregistered, and motor turns over." So, with a spend in those areas, the new owner could be driving around for less than 10 grand. Bargain! Nice to see your car being loved Rod. Cheers, Matt.
