Liz called him Bruce, i was told the same day the car came up on the forum that 1 was close by for sale and a email to Bruce to confirm it was the same car led to the temptation to have a look at it and the trailer. Bruce was a 1 owner reciepts ect still in the glovebox then stored in the shed for ten years he came with some parts workshop manuals, crack free dash, perfect interior, tool kit and a trailer. The front rh guard has been repaired rust in the bottom and lh rear guard needs a repair a little larger than a matchbox a reconditioned master cyl in the boot needs refitting looks to be all it needs.
Bruce belonged to some very nice genuine people too we might add.

Is it as good as nepoleon :?: it has good and bad points the paint has had something on it maybe sap that has blistererd the paint in places. The interior is as good if not better their are no tears anywhere.[but no plastic left]i started it up and its runs fine i took it for a drive and it's sweet everything works interior light still in one piece and works. if i fixed the rust in the rear quarter it would be registered by the weekend depending on the brakes? It had it's last service in 2000.

*Sigh* - Now thats nice!

I suppose you didn't have an Auto before?
Won't be long & you'll have the full set! ;)

Soo original, very nice, thanks to Bruce's family for keeping him so nice and offering him on the forum first. The way to find an enthusiast home. 8-)

Yet another light grey example surfaces - conservative colour gets conserved. A brother car to Gary Carter's - model/colour/auto - wonder how far apart the numbers are?

Good onya, glad he's in safe hands,
Cheers, Matt.

Bruce got a bath today he has had a few hits in his day with a couple of body repaires here and their in the past and a few present. He got a master cyl fitted today and now has brakes,a second hand battery everything works except the rear shocks are seized he rides a little rrruufff. His future has not yet been decided :?: It will be life Jim but not as he knew it ;) maybe a shot of viagra in the engine bay  With the outer body left alone a set of blinds in the back window full nanna spec on the outside

We have a strange bussiness most of the time we don't know where busy untill the phone rings  Any time of the day we have 4 full time staff on and sometimes no work :? Then things go bad in a instant and we have stand by staff rostered that we can double that staff level at any time. There is no legal way to generate work  so most of the time we don't leave the area as we are standby ourselves. This probably sounds great is not really organizing and catering for it 24/7 is a head .... and the phone NEVER stops even when admin staff are on.
All my staff are in the automotive industry and if they are doing nothing they bought into the shed for maintainance i.e trucks, ute's and ...... this helps. After running two workshops for over 15 years there is no shortage of tools.
As you know i have only 1 neighbour that is not that close and a shed that lights up nice at night. The climate here helps too
Bruce is not going to be a quick turn around as i have 2 gt's in the pipe line. Patches is finished bar the trim work and ol yella i was told next week will be his return, and with dad away his car will be here to so we will be spending time on it too while it's here we will fit the engine.
I needed to get bruce driveable so i can run him in and out of the shed.
sorry Gricey you did ask
