Here are the pics off the eBay advert.

You couldn't build the car for $6000, but it does have a few nicks and scratches now, so $6k is probably the right money.

The engine bay is still a bit of a pig compared to the rest of it; it's definitely a 'bonnet down' car, despite the awesome donk in there!

Previously owned by forum user CrownSixFour and being sold by Kazzmax.

I wonder who will pick it up this time?

Cheers,

Dave

yep its nice, yep it would cost you all of that to replace, but does anyone have a spare 6K for a modified Sedan?
the 117 coupe was only 9K wasn't it?

and what happened to the "cant separate the 2 cars" deal from last time. that sure had people beating a path to the front door!!

tired sedan $1200
spray job $2000
twin cam $1000
labour 25hrs and
misc costs $1700
and seats
and steering wheel
and electric water squirter

so there's the money

how modified is the suspension, brakes and under body stuff?
and what about Rego, was SA rego some time ago.

lots of fun I reckon, raid the money box quick.
and yes, I would be doing something with the engine bay as well.

OZ

I can't buy 'em all! (unfortunately  )
Someone get it to the Nationals. That colour looks great on it, and it would have to go pretty well.

Yep Oz, thats a minimum of costs. 2 grand for paint - thats pretty good mates rates, and get it done in 3 days - thats an impressive work rate.

Cheers, Matt.

It's all ok Gricey, things are half price in S.A.

I am going to take a pocket full of cash to Nats, Bargains galore

Geoff

labour 25hrs

that would be to fit the motor.

i can confirm that apart from the engine its pretty much stock. plus a sigma disk brake conversion. its a very clean body but was showing signs of decline and the engine was ok but maybe a new timing chain. but these things may have been addressed by kazzmax.

I bought it when it was amazing for $7.5K in 2001..... so 6K seems a bit steep

Anyone know if this car is still for sale?

The word at the nationals is that it might be but where would I start looking?

Just curious of course ;)

Cheers,
R.
