Thanks Stickman
That one has been there a fair while now and needs some work.
They originally wanted $3500 + for it and looks like they have dropped the price to $2900 + 7 1/2 %
Considering a very good Deluxe went for under $3000 and a good Red 69 with a heap of spares went for $2100 recently
You would have to REALLY want one bad at that price. :o
But its always good to know where these cars are so keep looking!!

I spotted it a couple of months ago then forgot about it, then spotted it again and I offered them $760.00 8-)
For some unknown reason to me they declined the offer.
Gotta try at least, after all the stupid question is the one you don't ask.

I'm sure the same car was advertised (for quite some time) for $1,000 in Semaphore, so $760's not too far off the mark!

Sort of...Alex bought if from the woman in Semaphore, if I remember correctly. The car had been advertised for either $1,000 or $1,200 on carsales.com, as da missus and I had briefly considered it ourselves.

No, the idea faded into obscurity when I considered I could actually afford something better (i.e. something I wouldn't have to lay up for restoration 6 months later). Regardless, something else probably came up the next week...I have the attention span of a gnat on acid.

Yeh it is Alex's car, It was bought for around $1200, I contacted Alex a few months ago when I started looking for a sedan and
he wanted $2000 for it (not through the auction) so I passed.
Then wound up with Miss Bellett's (Monica) car which was a better buy!
