Vt 5l no spark.
Getting injector pulse.
Replaced coil 12v to coil.
Only just put the motor back in everything was running fine prior.
Ignition fuse popping randomly sometimes.
Ignition module only 6 months old but feels very hot.

Many of the aftermarket ignition modules are DOA or high failure rate. If you don't have a wiring issue, its likely faulty. There are threads on here with people finding 2 or 3 faulty new aftermarket ignition modules. Go OEM if you can.

And don't underestimate the sensor in the distributor either.

I replaced the sensor not long ago in my brother's 5L. The Rare spares ones are excellent! Same make as the genuine sensor but as a complete kit with all the stuff you need. Fixed my brother's car with it's intermittent loss of spark.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
