Jason, can you dig up a decent KGC110 hardtop for me?

I think $4k for a ratty GT sounds fair.

The KGC110's are going up in value at the moment eh? I have one secretly on hold. A friend is restoring one and is taking some parts from a spare car. I have dibs on the 2nd car when he finishes his......If i find one - i would be considering it for myself before anyone else :D

As for the Saab in the Hoarder's auction......$1000NZ and look in the below list to see what the Autobianchi went for (someone asked previously)....

Remember all prices are in NZ $$$$. You will also see from the below list why i am so happy with my 'get'

I know what you mean re: KGC110's...I've always been a fan, have been popping wanted ads on ozdat and various Skyline forums for 10 years trying to find a decent original one, but there's only projects out there. The good one's only seem to got to retro-tech kids who gut them and shove an RB in them. :x

The litmus test here is folks...does Duane want one? If yes, buy now, as prices will skyrocket within days. Up until 12 months ago, Kenmeri's were still not worth a whole lot and current owners were blissfully unaware that good GTR's were pulling $60k in Japan...but that's all over now.

Argh! That Saab...cheap!!! I've put in an offer on the one currently listed on eBay, I'm pretty sure I'll get it, but still working on that Corona Hardtop in Sydney (along with a 1600S for parts)...so it has competition.

I have an Autobianchi Abarth engine in the shed...trying to work out what to do with it since Oz bought the car it was meant for.

Thanks for the update!

Duane
