Waldo, my appologies for not getting to the spare Florian diff yet. Seems every day there's something necessary to do that keeps me from playing cars. But that is a situation unlikely to change, so I'd better just do it.
I've looked in the manual & it looks easy enough to remove the carrier & centre, so I'll pull that & send the whole thing. It looks as though I can put the axles back into the housing, so I can still move it around. (Tracy really doesn't like cars without wheels on them!)
I can't charge you 'cause I don't know the condition, hopefully you will be able to tell if it's OK.
Just the postage maybe.

It shall be done this week!
And I'll let you know when I've sent it.

Cheers, Matt.

i think the crown wheel and pinions are interchangeable, i have a florian diff centre here i was going to try swapping the bits into a bellett diff but havent had the time or spare bellett diff to try it with.
Im sure there is someone that knows if the bits will fit or not!

PR91 thinks so.......

Quote:
ok, so the diff centre itself doesnt bolt into a bellett (the irs ones), but the crown wheel and pinion are a straight swap into a bellett housing.
maybe that would suit waldo

I just found my old wanted add read what pr91 said. And realised wasp diffs are 4:56 thats would be awesome! Wonder if the wasp diff gears are the same as belletts? But who would have a set of the 4:56 gears...probably nobody.

Im unsure if they will fit Bellet or Florian, they are commonly known as a 10 bolt amongst Isuzuists.

hmm do you have a pic of those gears by any chance? mainly of the crown and pinion gear really by themselves or are they still in a housing.
