Proposed idea i have to be in Port macquarie friday the 20th of september this will see us leaving around wednesday the 18th. Then is follow the coast to SA with the great ocen road being the main attraction. I need to be back in port for the 7th of october this road trip is the whole nsw school holidays. Any thoughts it will start in qld as per normal but just tack on any where you want

A dot I'd like to make is the Eden Killer Whale Museum. I was hoping to go there while in Merimbula but the Monday cruise went the opposite direction. Maybe this time it could be a stopping point either on the road south or back north, just a thought.

My two bobs worth is that anyone that wants to join the trip put their Dot on a map, and then we go dot to dot on the way, and if you put a dot, when we get to you, you will show us some special touristy thing in your area, or as Sticky has done, nominate a spot that you would like to see. That way we get to do things that we would miss or not know about and make the trip more enjoyable, rather than just drive and drive. Thanks Geoff. By the way, we are now going to make the trip and have booked accommodation. BRING IT ON

YEH, right Glenn!!! LOL. Pity I will be somewhere in WA by September I think!!!! We should have been on the road, however Margs mother has not been well and she turns 98 on 3rd April, we will hang around until then, heading off about 24th April after the van gets its first service. On Saturday 6th April we are having a ReUnion for ICCA, 45 years in existence, I will have to be around for that also and a wedding on the 13th April we have to go to, BUGGER!! LOL. BAY TO BIRDWOOD will no doubt be another GREAT EVENT, I would like to be there, you never know how things go???? Catch ya!! Dave M.
