Glenn,
It is a full day from about 800 am to 500 PM, in the main Streets of Sydney. We gather prior to the assemsbly point and drive to the Domain Parking station for a provided, included, breakfast, then in convoy into the show location, over the last few years it has been in Macquarie Street Sydney. To back Gricey it is a great day, it would be fabulous if you could come along, I would make sure ALL our old members know of the Sport if you elect to come along????
Plenty of other cars to see and entertainment a plenty.

I will be speaking to our Group and we will try to organise if possible and enough interested a drive like last year the day after, which obviously is Monday 27th January. Last year they went for a drive along the south coast and the bridge that goes out over the sea for about 500 meters, on the way to National Park.
Let me know what you think, we now have a land line, 02 6372 4835.
Catch ya. Dave.

HEY C'MON GUYS AND GALS, ANOTHER COUPLE OF CARS WOULD BE GREAT!!
I have not heard from the organisers as yet as to how many have registered, those that have told me I have placed on a spread sheet.
Same as previous years I would like to have sedan's, GT's, Florians and Wasp's together inline with their year model, here's hoping all will go well and we will get some decent weather.
Dave M.

Gary Cadter and I are both booked in. Reckon I'll bring Doris, she's only 48, but she can still celebrate the 50th with the old cars.
Should be good!

Cheers, Matt.

Hello All nominations for CARnivale'!
Each of you should have received your documents today or Monday if you have been accepted, mine arrived today! :D

Would you please advise me when you have your acceptances and which car you will be bringing? ;)
We want to have an idea of the set up for the Event, I would like to have Gary Smiths 1964 model sedan as the feature of the display.
Please either respond here, PM me or direct on my email, maurices54@bigpond.com

Guys and Gals, really would appreciate your cooperation. 8-)

All the best for a safe and enjoyable Christmas and New Year.
Dave.

Yeah Dave, mine rocked up today too. I'll bring Doris as its 50 aus years of Bellett . Doris is a young 48, and I reckon it'd be good to see as many teardrops as possible. I think I'll have to lock Aunty Mary in for 2019.

It will be here before you know it,
look forward to seeing you all there,
cheers, Matt.

Can I get a show of hands? The GT-R or the Wasp?

Being a 1965 and sold brand-new in Sydney, the Wasp is a lot more representative of Belletts in Australia (well, Wasps in Australia, anyway) while the JDM GT-R is probably cooler in a 'it's a 2-door and they're all cool' kind of way.

What's the consensus? I've entered the GT-R, but I'm sure I'd be able to change it fairly easily.

Hi Dave,
Let decision be yours, however it is interesting suggestion of yours the Wasp being an ex Sydney WASP.
I think it would gain a lot of attention and I would place it close to Gary Smiths 1964 sedan at the assembly point, whereas the GT's will be at one end or the other, I will be organising the "older cars" to feature in the middle of the display.??

The "older" cars will be 1 x 1964 sedan, 2 x 1965 sedans, 1 x 1965 modified Wasp tray body, and yours if you bring it as an "original" Wasp. 8-)
