Thanks for the welcome guys.

I am on the sunshine coast but I work away in North QLD so I am not always around for club events etc.
Also into old Volkswagens and have a couple of custom motorcycles.

Thanks Rod, That is the look I am going for. Low, Slow and Ratty. Its currently as low as it can go without radical changes to the suspension.
Interior is redone in red vinyl to match the wheels.

Latest update to my Luv is a nice old Sunvisor.

No idea what the visor is from, a mate found it at a swap meet years ago and it suspiciously fits the rain channels of the luv perfectly!

Image

Not sure what color to paint the visor at this stage. Or possibly to leave it as is. I do need to pull it off and clean up/paint the brackets etc.

Looks Great, most of the ones I have seen have been silver (Brackets chrome).
Hoping to find one for my Luv
Josh

OhOh Just had a thought, how I would do mine is Brackets Chrome, outside border the original silver (polished) and the mesh black.
With the chrome mirrors and bumper + the black grill would look good on yours!

You have got to be kidding me........

I have been cleaning up and insulating my shed and came across MY visor I took off Stinky 14 years ago. I decided to remind myself what it looked like again and guess what - It gets to go back on!!!!!! Thanks guys for showing and telling about your visors. I am going to polish and clean it all up.
