   | Hi AllHas anyone successfully replaced Tie Rod ends with Rose joints
They come in left and right thread and aircraft grade are strong enough
 Anyone 'been there, done that'?
 Cheers

I think they are illegal on street cars though ? There 'must' be a car out there that has similar tie rod ends to a Bellett, one would imagine. Right taper and thread......having said that, not found any myself but........._________________

   | There used to be a guy here in Adelaide that rebuilt tie rod ends and balljoints for vehicles that you couldnt get new ones for. Had him do some for an old Dodge at4 4x4. did a really good job too. _________________

   | Looks like your right GlennFound this
'As far as i am aware rose joint are illegal on the road mainly because they
have never been ADR approved, and no company is going to waste the money to
 get their's ADR approved.'

I had a track car back in the 90's, with full Rose Joint front end so was wondering

can't help but every time i am at the wreckers, thinking 'there must be some tie rod end here, that will fit a Bellett'. There has to be, a but a right pain to find it._________________

He was who we used several years ago, would pay to ring to see what the turn around time is and if he still does rebuild ball joints & tie rod ends.
The ones we got rebuilt got fitted up to one of the old variety bash cars and got punished for several years successfully that i know of.
