That's if he doesn't buy more. With the teardrop gone to SA. leaves a bit of space in the yard. There was a ebay bloke that specificaly sold aerials. Don't know if he still does.
Sorry Jeff. Hijacked your Post.
Dave. see my post above for new antenna...... so close to original, most won't pick it.

Hi,
As you know I have been searching for a replacement roof for Matt's GT, well I have had an email sent to me from Japan. Its too good to cut up so might look at whole car or just keep looking.
Is anyone bringing anything in to Australia from Japan at the moment that may want to share a container?
Also whats the opinion of the car only 2 picture but looks OK.
Appreciate your feedback.

Appreciate your feedback. looks too good to cut up? Might be better to just get it and swap bodies. depending on where its located, it will cost money to get to the docks the importer uses. (as a guide it cost almost as much to move in Japan as it did to ship to Australia for my Sport)

Appreciate your feedback. it looks like a 71 or 72 model to me..... to import you will need the reg papers i believe to get export approval. Sometimes not easy to get. Jason on here could fill you in with much more details glenn

Thanks Glenn for the info.
I have been in contact with a company that imports cars from Japan and have asked the questions on cost to ship to warehouse and then to Australia. I will talk to Jason (do you know his code name on the forum).
It would be good to discuss issues like expected costs and to make sure all things are covered so I don't get ripped off.
But I still want to fix Matt's rusty one for some reason it just deserves a chance to be put back together, but if the price if too good to be true then I will seriously looking into it.
Thanks Jeff

Thanks Jeff Hi Jeff I think Jasons 'name' is prince_skyline. Jason has all the contacts in Japan for cheaper transport and shipping home ......
