Re: My Daily, 75 HJ Ute
certainly has no problems revving but it sounds like its had plenty of money thrown at it .... either way pretty good power from a N/A motor.
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

which is where we were before. money fixes most problems. note that was offset ground to 292 as well.

Re: My Daily, 75 HJ Ute
might as well have a stock displacement 304 lol and have even more potential to rev due to a favourable bore to stroke ratio
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Re: My Daily, 75 HJ Ute
heres some pics from awhile ago now, when i first got it, the build, none up to date, as everything is on my photo and not the computer sadly
When i first got it
the build
spare parts ute, used, motor, front clip, few other pieces,
stato/prem dash, which is hard to find
the hot 6, this was when i first got it, (unkown conditon)
ran the stock 202 red, for awhile till it got quiet sad
built this in a month for a car show
finished a month after my 17th
more recent photo, driven everyday, live on a dirt road so it has taken its toll

why have one 202, when you can have 12 and counting, 30+ car graveyard just for fun aswell

Re: My Daily, 75 HJ Ute
it is only the top 2 bell housing bolt holes that are different from chev to tri just bolt up the bell to the back of the 304 put a drill in and mark the spot then drill and tap them problem solved with 2 holes haha 304 for the win and efi all day long.

Looks good.
I've never been a fan of the horizontal speedo though.

yeah nice work, and I love the colour!
the gearbox is not that easy vlad, you can get adaptor plates for them ....
I think from memory the side holes are the same but the dowls are different, like they overlap 1/3 or something like that.... then the top holes are different.
