11p swap from l67 injectors to larger help needed

So been running my l67 on 11p now for couple years and has been good. Tho now i want to step up to e85 and know my stock l67 injectors are at around 80% duty cycle now already on 98.
Have dug up some siemens 60 pound shorty injectors from my garage and have a larger walbro fuel pump to throw in. Yes i know bosch injectors are better than siemens but i got these siemens already cost me nothing.
I would like to swap the siemens injectors in and get it just running half decent on 98 then drain all the 98 and switch up to e85. I think the jump from smaller to larger injectors and e85 is 2 much for me to do in one go.

Couple questions i have is
Siemens injectors are 60lb at 3 bar
L67 injectors 36 lb at 3 bar
So 60 / into 36 is 1.66
So the new injectors are 66% larger than old ones

So my memory is a bit foggy as i done the swap a few years ago and done some digging through old threads i had on here.
But will i edit these tables below. Also included pic of my current values / tables below
RUN A/F Parameter displacement injector flow grams per sec taking 66% off it so making it to 0.04838
Crank first and 2nd stages tables by 66% also.

Will crank A/F parameter min crank BPW need to be changed at all?

Also
Injector Bias add on vs injector pulse width for non linear
and
Injector opening time VS battery voltage
Will these need to be altered at all.

The e85 part i will worry about once i sort all this out on 98
I know from a 4 cylinder car i played with on e85 at home I will need a crap load more fuel when cold and more on the transient when cold also and for cranking when cold.

They are not quite double the flow of l67 injectors so I think math is off, but for a start halve the injector flow & see what the starts are like from that & go from thereā€¦ every injector has different characteristics!

Thanks for the tips vx l67 getrag
I know the siemens long 60's are popular in the l67s so maybe someone else on here has used them before.
Any idea what i should do about the
Injector Bias add on vs injector pulse width for non linear
and the
Injector opening time VS battery voltage ?

Antus yeah siemens deka 60 but the shorty version. I checked the short and full length data online and is pretty much identical. So data from the deka 60 long should work with my deka 60 shortys

Yeah its just a different package, same specs. There are clones out there that have their issues, keep that in mind if these are unknown origin and you get unexpected results.

Antus thanks for the info. Yeah i know probably more fakes out there than real lol. I got a mate that has one of those chinese injector flow bench il give em a run on before i fit them in car

So ran the deka 60s on my friends injector machine and their were 2 lazy ones so i scrapped them and bought some brand new bosch 1000s.

The data sheet for my new injectors is below.
What data for the new injectors should i be putting in the

injector bias add on vs injector pulse width table?

Injector dead time data goes into the injector opening time vs battery voltage table yeah?

I cant answer your question directly, but there are some agreed values for deka 60 on the forums. I know there is some additional delay in the ecm on top of actual times on the injectors. So I'd get the Deka 60 factory data, and agreed working well data, and apply the same difference (not as a percentage, as its an offset) to the data you have above, and start there. If anyone has a better idea, use theirs :)

Antus thanks for the help mate.
Fired up car today on 98 fuel with the bosch 1000s ran pretty good so drained tank and switched to e85 altered required tables fired up and ran not bad.
Car was still at 40 deg coolant temp on e85 when i 1st fired it up.
So will see how i go with some cold starts and fine tuning it over the next couple of weeks
