Just for those not on FB Gavin has had to argue with a kangaroo of all things, and is in hospital waiting for his arm to have surgery. i would like to wish him well on his recovery and hope the Enfield is back on the road soon too. Attachment:

Hope it is not too serious ,Gav.. Something is going to have to be done about the 'roo numbers in Victoria. Had an icident which cost a lot of money and could had caused alot of injury (no oncoming vehicles at tthe time) just before Christmas. We have 'roos around our home on a regular basis , this has nver been seen before that I can remember in the past 60 years.

and the big fella was only riding the 'field coz his Bellett had a stoush with another roo only a few weeks back and is currently being repaired...
how much bad luck can one guy have?!

Reading the above, it sounds like you have a serious "Wooly Jumper" PROBLEM IN YOUR REGION. Yeah, rotten luck Gav. I hope the surgery goes well & you're up & about soon. I too have that recent hit with skip in the Florian, but would be nasty on a bike. There are plenty about these parts too. They're feeding along the roads as the feed is a bit greener there.

Sorry to hear of your fall my beardy brother. I hope all heals well and not too many tears are shed when you see your Enfield again (I hate seeing a bearded man cry). I wish you both a speedy recovery.
