Nice one YP, it's a bit like mine, but a lot smarter, I'll try and dig a pic out soonish. I wonder when all those Riley specials took the long journey to Aussie? In the meantime is a pic of the MG M Type special my father built in the 1950s. He's happy to admit he just "made it up as he went along" and I think it turned out pretty well, sadly you can't see the boat tail here but that's made from a Morris bonnet and a WW2 plane's drop tank!! He still uses it regularly. Although I think that's a young me at the wheel in this pic! |
