Top Day was predicted to rain, not a drop. around 800 cars on display, we are members of Classic Japanese Car Club, which is a new club, and had 26 cars on display. Some really nice cars and well organised day. Thanks RACQ. Geoff.

I think Tracy's right, once you have one Bellett, it sends out a homing beacon to let all the others know there's a friendly place to come. Now testing: Florian homing beacon. Cheers, Matt.

Another great event in the QLD sunshine, more of you folk from down south need to start coming up here , especially in the winter months when its below freezing down your end but still nice and warm up here. We've got the Japanese Nationals coming up in September at Lakeside raceway and it would be good to see even more Belletts there this year.
Gerry.

More Belletts, that sedan in pics belongs to Greg, from the Orphanage. It is a real nice original Bellett and in very good condition and was from SA. imported to QLD by Dave from Gold Coast, a few years back.

Davo i asked myself the same question. It has required a little attention i put a new radiator in it,did the alternator up,the carbi had issues? we could not get it to run properly so rebuilt a donor for it and it's fine. I went to drive it into town the other week and got to the road and a car was comming so i stoped to let it go and rolled back to where i started the rear wheel cyl crapped itself . It's a little beast and even though it seems a few things were done to it most was just to bring it back to a useable condition. It will need a clutch soon if you try and race from the lights it sounds a lot faster than it is . You can't have it back it's family now it even has it's own blanket and chamios . B.T.W Davo if you still want to drive it or patches to coona pm me? you will look driving it .
