Post subject:  QLD celebrates 50 years of Bellett
Here goes a few photos, QLD Bellett Birthday, well hosted by the OSJCC, after a morning cruise in the hinterland we ended up at the Orphanage for lunch and what a Great feed was had by all, club chef had the steaks to perfection, after a few hours of talk, it was down to swing the Bellett with the crank handle, then pin the tail on the Bellett, sorry Donkey, Sticky said Donkey loved all the rear end attention, now down to cutting the cake this is when I noticed non-BELLETT fanatic's looking at one another as we started to sing Happy Birthday to a car, some Mariyln Monroe style :?Good day had by all :D Gerry

hi guys happy qld bellett birthday ..sorry didn't make it ..looks like you had a hoot I will explain the birthday too my boxes of labelled parts ...my new journey is under way ....happy birthday ..too all my past cars ....1.donkey ..what a classic ..as is his owner .....2 patches.. what a wonderful restore ...its now far from the the day it left my place ..its a credit to you greg.3.potters black gt...a project x Sydney car .4.stickmans 66wreck...a parts car .5..i save till second last my blue miricale car ..sorry I couldn't sing happy birthday too you ..thanks for re kindiling my love for this marque ...6. my new 90 ..there she sits in pieces ..slowly I chip away doing a bit most everyday ...theres parcel trays to fix,highly polish the kick plates ,repaint in black hammertone the dash trim ,the old jack ..now repainted like brand new ...etc etc ...hey this is a bloody journey but it will be worth it ...happy bellett birthday guys ....hip hip hooray ...bellett day ...davo

What a great day out! You're making me wish I was there.
Belletts as far as the eye can see! Fantastic!
Singing to cars is completely sensible, they sing to usafter all.
