Here are a few off my old gemini's i had over the years in Melbourne: The gold 1976 gemini i bought when it was factory black very ruff looking,so i got it on the road and then thought i wouldnt mind a chop top gem so a mate cut off the roof and i got its painted in mazda mx-5 gold and put white leather through it with a pair off 18" Titians chrome wheels. It was featured in Hot 4's magazine, it use to turn so many heads sometimes the wrong heads, Mr Plood. The orange gemini was a first owner gemini that i saw driving along the road so i followed the old lady home were her husband came out and ask if i needed any help, so to say piss-off. I gave them my number and they gave me a call to say the car was for sale, so i came around and bought the gemini. Which i modified with a front spoiler, 17" chrome swirl wheels and i sat it on its ass. it look tuff, only a cruise car with an auto. last but not leased my old 1985 isuzu gemini ZZR coupe, looks great with the 17" super touring wheels in white. cheers Rick.

The only factory black coupe I ever saw was the one from the TC Gemini brochure. Perhaps yours was that one...! I remember that cabrio Gem - was it engineered or did Mr Plod slam you? |

Hi Rick, I was just browsing your collection. Now I thought I had a few cars! Nice to be trumped ( and reassuring for wives) by another Isuzu head. A nice group of Isuzus! (might have to quietly look for a Piazza, hmmm) Thanks for sharing, Cheers, Matt. |

No.....fully engineered with papers. When i owned the gemini i was defected 4 times, most times for the 18" wheels under the guards, never for the roof. cheers Rick. |
