Has anyone ever had the headlight or wiper switches rebuilt.
It seems the little plungers wear a groove in the plastic and jam up.

Any ideas, apart from re-sleeving the hole.

Cheers
Rob

Thanx Davo,

Have made a temporary switch out of a DPDT rocker switch.
I'm going to try to find a way to fix the original switch properly (after a have moved house in the next month). Sleeving the little hole that the bakerlite plungers run in (they wear a lip which is what stops them from moving and siezes the switch up, push too hard and you break the plastic of the button- the thing with the picture on it - i can't for the life of me at the moment put a name to it : S ).

These are the pins inside the switch.

Thanks for the offer ... if you got an all in one piece Deluxe two speed wiper switch even if it not working, that would be better than the one I got. When it seized someone tried too hard to make it work and broke one side of the rocker.

Hmmm, just remembered I haven't posted a pic of the wheels yet.

Cheers
Rob
