Where? Where-oh-where?

JT191 is normally on the ball with this kind of thing.

Where? I like perving at their cars even if they don't sell stuff to gaijin!

Cheers,

Dave

Hahahahaha.

They're eagle-sayama.com website seems to be defunct.

Cheers for the redirection. I knew you'd be on the ball.

Cheers,

Dave

At first I thought Dave wanted to go there in person or find it on a satellite photo.

I was going to say that I am not volunteering to decipher the street address into English. I've been trying to update my Christmas card list for a month which is almost completely deciphering Kanji location names, and Eagle isn't on my Christmas card list (not a slight against them, but they weren't interested enough to even introduce themselves). Location and proper names are impossible to decipher from Kanji and I would rather work more on those MX1600 articles I have been chipping at for six months.

The server for the other domain name might just be down. Or they decided to concentrate their brand name on the other domain name. That doesn't explain how they will promote the non-Isuzu used car sales lot which is also Eagle. Maybe someone offered a large sum to buy the other domain name.

Today I visited Isuzu-Sports in Hamura City. Isuzu-Sports is the remains of Eagle Sayama which has closed down. Isuzu-Sports had about 25 Isuzu vehicles for sale with a few nice Belletts but the rest were in poor condition. Having visited Eagle Sayama many times previously, today's visit was very disappointing as they no longer have any used parts or parts cars and the staff were not very helpful.

Bumping up a super old thread here, but I figured I'd update this with my experience of ISP Eagle (with associated photos!) after stumbling across this on a web search.

As mentioned above, Eagle Samaya became Isuzu Sports Eagle, or ISP, some time ago. They have a shop in the outskirts of Tokyo full of classic Isuzus ranging from PF (T series) Geminis, to Belletts, to 117s, to Piazzas, even the odd Florian or Wizard (Jackaroo). I visited them in 2013 and was lucky enough to get a tour of the premises. I bought some parts through them later also. They are a high quality restorer, and whilst they may export parts in some cases, this doesn't seem to be their primary objective and most of their parts are rare and often required for their own purposes. English was limited (but much better than the 10 words of Japanese I knew) but they were extremely friendly, great to deal with and I felt truly lucky to have visited them. If you need rare Japanese parts, they may be worth contacting, but don't expect them to come cheap - Geminis there are far rarer than they are here.

For pictures of my visit, check out Pandamonium Drift:

Cheers for the update Eli.

A couple of guys have gone thru there and visited them over the years!

I would love to check them out; Japan is on my bucket list!

I was in touch with Zenko who I think works there regarding a remote brake booster for the GTR, but they didn't have any laying around. Boo!
