I've just uploaded about 60-odd photos so I won't be commenting on them all! Highlights include Gary's original 1964 sedan, the first Bellett sold in Australia, being parked next to Yellow Peril's 1970 Bellett, one of a batch of 5 sold in Tasmania and the latest (ergo; newest) Australian-delivered Bellett in Australia! It was also great to get Yellow Peril next to the GTR, the newest JDM Bellett in Australia! It was a pleasure to travel with Doris, the oldest known Auto Bellett in Australia and one of an original batch of 12 Autos delivered with a view to full-scale sales as of the 1966.6 model! I took a photo of every single car... it was great to see so many together. I hope we can get a kick-arse turnout for 2013!!! Enjoy.

WOW Can a paddock of era Isuzus grazing look any cooler than that I don't think so somehow. You have truly captured the spirit of the journey. Awesomely AWESOME !! Some great brochure type shots of the "Frog" as well. Great to hear how epic this adventure was. btw....does DONKEY have a transverse rear leaf spring at all ? B |

Oh yeah, and I did notice a ghostly image of a certain blue GT in the TV screen. Defenitely confirms being there in spirit Hmm....spooky Nice touch of authentic in the yellow and white pic of Gav's Enfield. Such a cool machine. B. |

Yep, very cool shots Dave. Good that you took the time to get some good angles, unlike me! Seems I was caught up by the tongue a fair bit. Thank you, Ant, Ross and Paul for coming through this way even though it added many k's to your trip. You were an absolute pleasure to have here, and are always welcome anytime. We don't get a lot of visitors. And a special thanks to Paul for piloting Doris down, she would have been very happy not to miss the event. I feel a little responsibility to have the car out & about as her octagenarian namesake trusted me with her well preserved & loved only car of 38 years. Did we all notice the bonnet-up shot near Cooma? Wierd that a car that I use on average 3 times per week & have done around 8,000k's in in the last year, has only had 2 breakdowns - coming home from last year's Nats, and going to this years. For the record, the jet in the bottom of the fuel bowl wound itself out, causing flooding as too much fuel was supplied ti all systems of the carbie, similar to a stuck needle & seat. My initial misdiagnosis was eventually sorted thanks to imput from the whole crew, but with a couple of hours delay. Just one of those things, but fixable with the toolkit supplied with the vehicle. Florians have that in common with Belletts at least! And the Landoulet? Roof donated to and beautifully displayed by Geoff's V6 Wasp. I don't chuck much away! Thanks, and see you in Adelaide, and hopefully before. Cheers, Matt. |

Cheers guys, I have to say the Bellett highlight for me was seeing Gary's "Oldest Bellett Sold In Australia" and Andrew's "Newest Bellett Sold In Australia"... especially when they were accidentally parked next to each other! Of course, every Bellett is special and no two are the same! Hope you all can make it next year! Cheers, Dave |

I am in the same boat with you Dave. Gary's super early tear drop was the ultimate car of the meet for me and was my peoples choice. Would love to have that parked in my garage, wraped in cotton wool and only driven to church on sunny sundays. That car to me is worth the value if not more than that of a spotless GT. Crackin' pics Dave |

Terry doesn't do the computer thing as far as I know. He certainly didn't when he phoned during the resto looking for bits. I was able to supply the bits, and he and (Janet, I think, my hopeless head!) drove all the way down to collect them. First thing he did as he arrived at Merimbula was to reach out of the window, shake my hand and thank me again. I explained that seeing them at the Nats (twice now) with another PR90 on the road was reward enough. Truth is I did well from the deal, as he brought some rare bits he thought I might need, 2 of which I certainly did. Nice couple. Aunty Mary came fitted with Sigma discs, and they look like a bolt-on. Very unmodified looking. cheers, Matt. |

Hi Matt, while i took a number of pictures of the Disk conversion, I never took one of the actual car but think it was Terry's. Trying to find out a few things about the conversioon, thickness of the adpater plate would be a good start..
