Canberra. My first visit. Amazing town with to much to see in one day, but we tried. Lookout before smoko. War memorial till well into mid afternoon. And the old Parliament House in the afternoon. Telecom tower on sunset and a bottle of red or 3 over dinner. Anyone who has not been here should stay. Still so much more to see but maybe there's another road trip down here.

The trip is looking good so far, and I'm glad you're liking Canberra. Poor place gets plenty of bagging, but if I had to live in a city then its probably the one I'd pick. If theres a Canberra destination trip in your future you know you can stay here as your base - its only an hour and a half. Great pics so far. Which is my favourite? Well, that would be Liz walking. Please show us more, Cheers, Matt.

Kind words farmer you see her holding her back that's because it hurts there. Liz went to her g for the all clear and mentioned the pain which lead to more xrays one break has not healed so she may be heading back to wheelin around again we find out on Friday after we return . But she is a tuff little bugger.

First up, now that your Dots-n-Dashes roadtrip is ON, I thought the adventure should have it's own forum thread, so I messed around with it to split the topic and re-start a brand-new topic from about the time the Queenslanders left home!
Second, good luck with your trip; it's such an epic journey and you guys don't just sick back and throw your cars on a trailer like slackers like me!
I meant to say it before you guys took off, but I just didn't get there.
So again; good luck, drive safe and no surfing the Bellett forum whilst in motion!
Cheers,
Dave
