Hi people!

I was peering through the J-Spec auctions page today and I found this little chestnut!

To see the bigger pictures in the auctions section, you have to be a member of J-spec auctions and to do that you've got to be a serious bidder, which I'm not, but the guy there was kind enough to email me through the photos.

Check this beast out!

I've seen several internet listings for that car over the last few months. I did not see one on J-Spec, or I was looking on the wrong J-Spec website. One of the Japanese club newsletters has a couple pictures of it and a price of 599,000 Yen. I thought I read one of the internet listings and it had a 1.5 liter engine, but I am not sure about that.

It was in Auctions 1988 and older but I just checked and it seems to be gone.

$8300 at today's money. It's a lot, but it looks pretty good and it's unique.

Needless to say, it's not on my list of things to buy today though (full list is: newspaper, lunch, an iced coffee - grand total about $12.00 so an extra $8.3k is gonna blow the budget).
