Those PWS wheels are rare under 1600 sets made. 1000 red and about 500 black. The problem with them is the nuts. They are not available. To have them made is around $70 each. But the fitting of inserts at $30 a wheel makes them a good buy. I now only have one set of road wheels and a spare set of steel ones to hold the car up so I can move it around. Later I will be cahsing a set of 15" steels for the circuit tyres. They are an ideal wheel to use for the Magna brakes. By the time i have them ready to fit they will have cost me around $130 a wheel, well under the $200 quoted for one that fits but is, in my considered opinion, to modern looking. $350 is a bit over the top for those on EBay. The going rate is about $50 each. The tyres do not really come into it. Peter |
