It seems to be raining wasps at the moment. There's another one for sale near Dubbo in NSW. It's close to original and complete.

Wendy is chasing a style side now so if anyone is selling one of those let me know.

Dean

Ps. Im assumming most of the internet savvy bargain hunters with fantastic age old networks probably know of this one. This post is for the old solitary hermits who don't get out much 8-). Thanks for the text Davo :D

Don't sleep! Great reflexes there Stickman!

Irony: I was in Dubbo yesterday with Milli and a few of her schoolmates at the Western region sports carnival. Her events were early in the morning but Josh had the last event, so we hung around all day. I would have had plenty of time to make the short trip to Wongarbon and have a look. I drove through there on the way back and saw it late last night when we got home.
See, I wasn't meant to find it, cause Sticky needs it more! ;)
Cheers, Matt.

I think this score makes up for missing out on Duane's GT when he decided to sell it (I was camping on Fraser Island at the time so missed out)
Will likely do the drive down in a couple of weeks to collect it, have to do the meet and greet with the owner and get that farewell photo. You don't get that with a transport carrier company

Nice. When you are just the second owner, its good to shake the hand of the first.
Cheers, Matt.

I haven't had a bite like that since trout fishing in the Goulburn River.

We all know donkey couldn't really make it that far anyway. We will forgive if you throw it on the back of a Holden.

 :D

46 hours and 2018 kms later and the Dubbo Wasp is now calling QLD home after its whole life on the Woodley family farm at Wongarban (20Km east of Dubbo)
I will introduce him to Donkey tomorrow after work

It's amazing how close you can be to something like this and never knowing it....... We had actually driven past the very property and shed that this Wasp has been calling home since it was bought new in Dubbo in 1967 when we did our road trip to the Merrimbula Nationals and Richard (the former owner) knows George Cole and a mate of his bought a Wasp tub off George a few years ago too.
Small world isn't it :)
