Hey guys,

Not sure if any other Bellett guys are mates on Facebook with Liz, Bruno's wife, but the other night she posted he'd been carted to hospital!

I've since spoke to The Man himself and it turns out he's got acute pancreatitis! Apparently some people with the acutest of pancreatitisis can actually die from it but fortunately Bruno lives to chamois another day!

Needless to say, I'm sure all the Bellett guys wish him well as I certainly do.

I think he's out of hospital tomorrow with any luck.

Cheers,

Dave

Thanks Guys, really appreciate the well wishing. I'm out of "Public Hospital land" and back home, recouperating for more Broom Brooooming and Chamois action when I get some strength back :)

Yeah Matt, 'tis nasty stuff, and makes me humbled to be alive, and could have been much worse. Something that I thought was a nagging guts ache for almost 2 weeks. Ended up almost not making it home from work last Friday. Then rolled around in agony most of the night, only to wake up Liz at 5 am Sat. and beg for her to take me to the establishment..... ASAP  :?

5 bags of IV a day for 2 days, lots of tests, pills, jabs, and obs with a massive fever and high blood pressure to boot. The Docs tell me I need to hit the band wagon for at least 6 to 9 months and then be very, very carefull. There will be lots of other subtle life style changes too. Bottom line is I don't care as long as life still involves Belletts, food and sex, not necessarily in that order.

Great to be here and laughing

B.

Sweaty sweaty sweat..... yeah i get it OZ. If it's the high fever and associated sweat you're refering to, then you are spot on.

Excuse my ignorance, but who is Tennille :ugeek:

Ok OZ...time to put this one to rest :P . Good ol' Google tells me it was actor Ian Scott Rudolph who played Captain Sweatpants in the series the Big Bang Theory, notorious for hanging around in comic shops dressed in what Aussies call tracky daks and a T/shirt with a super hero logo on it.

Yes, I am the exponant of the winter tracky dak, usually with a Bellett superhero t/shirt motif. Bellett hoodies are also now included in the atire.
