Short Story Long.....About a Month Before I got My Luv, Oz_toffa had seen one down out front of a house at Moana and got a photo. About 3 weeks later I went down and put a letter of interest in the letter box (Luv was in the back yard by that stage) Heard nothing back and the Luv seemed to have disappeared every time we went down that way. Within a month my Luv came up and I jumped on it. Last Friday I got a call from the owner of that Luv that he was ready to sell SO went down to have a look at it yesterday and overall it was ok, I gather it has about a months Rego on it. Usual Rust in the guards and doors etc (a little in the sills) a few dings (as the photos show) Floor and Tub floor dont appear to have any rust holes in them (for the tub thats pretty good) Mechanically it appears to be Ok but as with any car that age could do with some Luvin! The cage will be removed which should make it look a bit tidier. As you can see it is an early Luv a 73 with the G161 motor. comes with a few spare doors etc (and possibly sunraysiers if he can locate them) He if pretty firm on $1500 so if anyone is interested PM me for any more details full size Photos and contact number. Well, compared to the one from Young, the guard & sill rust is worse, but the dashtop is better. Tyres look ok, bonnet is straighter, but other pannels similar. It is a styleside, and if its a driver, the brakes etc work, would be an ok ratter........
for someone.
Cheers, Matt.

Exactly Matt, reckon it would make a good Ratter and useable ute, tyres and brakes are ok, and it can be driven home. It looks like NSW is the place for Luv at the moment!! There is an Early Luv tub (listed wrong) on Ebay in Yass at the moment, Looks fairly free of holes, $300 I think is top dollar http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Chev-Isuzu-L ... 4624120853Josh

Ha! Even closer to home! But I reckon I'd want the rest of the ute. Cheers, Matt.
