Store it safely at home until you get the rest of the rescue finished. Gives you time to think . I really like it ( even if it has got French bits in it ! ) . The scooter ( love it ) has value also but not to restore - let someone else have the pleasure........

Thanks for the good input Kerry! I'll think properly.
Regarding the scooter I should let it be, I think, we'll see what happens...

It was a long time since I wrote something on the forum but it does not happen so much with belletts right now  however, the VW front is in full swing! have picked up the pick-up from the junkyard, my God what it is rusted almost nothing left of the beams... then we had a mini vw meeting in Malmö, which was very nice, the start of the season! soon It becomes cold again...

Thanks for the photos and the story that goes with them Bellett Sweden. I really loved the rear ends of the line up of "Bugs'. Great stuff.

I saw you recovery on Instagram mate, a bit rusty alright! But am I correct in assuming there are plenty of repair parts in Europe to allow you to save it?
You will find time for Bellett action, nice to see the various VWs, some nice old examples there.
Cheers, Matt.

Yes, the prices are ridiculously high, supply and demand that controls, Right now all want a bus. This I would love to take home to Sweden again but the price tag is a bit high...

Looks like you had a great time on the road with friends.
And always good to hear you had no car problems.
We love to do road trips here too, the more km's the better :)
