Hi guys does anyone have a template for the exhaust manifold and the inlet manifold for 1500 bellett engine? or even a florian 1600 engine? just checking before I pull my manifolds off to get the templates.

So like a used manifold gasket? Surely someone nearby has one. If nit, I can send you one.
Cheers, Matt.

or, use the head to make a template..... remove manifolds of course...... use some thickish cardboard (like back of writing pads) and hold it over the head....(need a helper here) use a ball pein hammer or similar to trace the indents into the card

Which one tho?
Round or square?
At least the bolt pattern is the same coz it's also different on a GT.

Interesting, it appears that all engines use the same bolt pattern and spacing?

Note on the Flo head is an impression of the Chev Luv G161 gasket that comes with the kit that is still available. It has the square and round holes reversed. (One wonders why??) I tried one once and the gasket leaked through the square corners of the exhaust holes, so no good.
So many variations!
Cheers, Matt.

definitely got a florian head like the one matt showed, braved the cold today and dug through the shed of no return and found my spare florian head. Been way to cold to go outside and pull off the belletts manifolds!
