Reason for the thread: a go to place were others have asked the question you were too afraid ask. I my case i need a "rememberball" (Harry potter series). Rules of the thread: simple answers and no hanging crap on anyone. So first question; Is this belletty? Edit; and yes I know there is a search button but not all of us would be internetters are that skilled.

those wheels.... yep, bellett. have a look at late GT's and genuine GT-R's, there they are. early mitsu sigmas very similar. Dave's GT-R has those on it, but 99% of people have never picked the difference.

I've always pulled them out and thrown them in the bin....... but a mate of mine buys compatible new ones for his Datsun race car from a spray painting supply mob in Sydney somewhere(no idea which one) No idea if they are the same as the ones the Bellett's used Farmer was chasing some for his cars too I think

Yep, they are the little filters for the union on the pump to carbie line. I like them because they trap any corrosion escaping from the pump getting into carbie jets. Part of the reason I was late to the Merimbula nats, Aunty Mary didn't have one. Cheers, Matt.

To all of the twin cam knowledgable's;
What does a black rocker cover mean? It's a G180W that has the efi on it.

Hay Gunna
I'm not 100% sure but I think the Black ones were the 1600 gtr's the olive green was from the 117 coupes the Blues were from 1800 ZZR Gemini's and the Reds were from the 2000 Piazza's but anybody can paint a rocker cover. I painted my Blue to Red -- Looked nicer, stripped my olive green to alloy but may go crackle finish black -- who knows
Happy to be corrected - Anybody?
Cheers Flying

Re twin cam covers..... Flying is spot on. As also said, they can be swapped or repainted tho. My 2.0 is clear coated bare alloy. GTR rims were all 13".

Pretty sure just the last year model of zz's (84 I think) had black hammer coat rocker cover and inlet manifold, just as a dress up, no extra power.
