See, it's not much good having nice Belletts and other Issue, unless you get out and get amongst it with your mates. With that in mind, I spent a day on the Florian, Aunty Mary, fixing a few things I'd been meaning to get to. For a while. Choke cable, fixed. Starter motor solenoid pin, replaced. Cathie second stage, converted to mechanical. Better. So today, Tracy and I headed to Orange for the Gnoo Blas classic. Nice There was a pretty good roll up. Attachment:

. Mary went really well. Good practice for the Run to Hahndorf in a few months. Attachment:

This was nice to see. I tried to buy this car for about 7 years to no avail. Then the bloke gave it to his son, who promptly put it on Facebook. 2 owners later and it's out and about. Being nicely restored too. Attachment:

We had every intention of being there (after a quick stop over in Bathurst to pick something up..... ) but with Wal's recent surgeries and the complications and delays that have followed it was impossible in the end.

Shame you couldn't Brett, would have been good to see you. I hope Wal is recovering well.
Shame also you both had to miss it Julie and Tom, but ya can't be in two places at once. Nationals will have to do!
Cheers, Matt.
