The screen was already out, as I'd say it was leaking, small pin hole left hand side, a little bit of rust but what can you expect on a 42 year old car. This was preparation for the new rubber to go in. (thanks for the rubber Greg)

With a great amount of words the windscreen was fitted, without chrome trim. We decided the windscreen will come out again once the rubber has moulded around the screen better and we'll have another attempt at fitting the chrome.

Tuning the Carbies, ten minutes of running and the water pump goes, lucky we had a spare in my old deluxe sedan, but needs modifications.

Success at last :mrgreen: , took the thermostat out as it was getting too hot, get one this week, that's this weekends job and then we go for a drive. We went up to Motorfest I'll post those photos on a different topic.

Absolutely wonderful seeing a car that has waited so long for it's finnishing touches get them. Great job fellas! :D
