looks good rod.
much better now with it lowered i reckon.
and i might have a biased opinion, but white is the best GT colour!

BTW... the original dealer it would have been sold thru was:
Esquire Motors.
corner Nepean Hwy & Cochrane St, Elsterwick.
BH (03) 53-7292 & 53-1242.
AH (03) 99-2479 & 783-8317.
they were also a mitsubishi colt dealer, as most bellett dealers were back then.

i have 2 ads for them from in the day.
1 is just a mention in a "wheels" magazine that was for the victorian bellett distributor and dealer listing (distributor was Canopus Motors in Altona North), and the other is a proper half page ad for Esquire's in the 1968 Melbourne Motor Show program.

thought you might like some more info for your history.
cheers.

Well done on the lowering front.
Looks very much nicer with that stance.
I'm biased of course :D

Cheers
Rob

hey rod, you wont believe this....
i viewed a bellett for someone else today, and guess what is still on the rear bumper....
the ORIGINAL "Esquire Motors" dealer sticker!

i've got to see it again with the prospective new owner on saturday, so i'll get a good quality pic for you and post it, coz it would be an easy one to have a good sticker place reproduce, making your GT more original.

cheers.

ohh, and btw, for the SA'ers amoungst us.... i also have a good quality pic of a "Martin's Distributors" dealer sticker too.
it even says " Bellett.. Colt.. Wasp.. Elf " across the bottom.
for thos that don't know, Martin's were the SA Bellett and Colt distributors in the day, and SA's biggest Bellett/Colt dealer.
