because they typically think the greatest cars ever built were anything british....
but only when painted in drab colours, fitted with gasping side valve engines, wobbly wire wheels, and the car itself tells you that they need more oil.... when the leaks have stopped![/quote]

Oooh, it sounds like the gloves are off, can we start talking cricket yet?

Yes you're right toomany, it was just missing out on the Wilkman/Kousa Bellett that got me started on this madness.

I'm not sure I've watched England choke too many times, but it's interesting to see the Aussies have recently learnt to choke as well.

I'm the least formal forum admin in the history of the world and don't mind things getting off topic, but if there is any more cricket talk I will ban people for life, then ban their children and their children's children until the end of time.

was going to refer to it as GayFL ken, but then thought that might be an insult to any or all of our 'alternative lifestyle' friends, as being associated with that 'sport' in any way would do to anyone....

No offence meant by my comment as I have several mates who follow the game and we razz each other
all the time as I follow that other f/ball code, which they refer to as sniff and scratch at the ground .
As I said no offence meant
cheers Ken

Seriously Ken, none taken...just that sentance of yours didn't end well, like an NRL 'Mad Monday' visit to the pound. :P

Erm...perhaps we should give our mate from the UK his thread back, although he did start it!

Cheerio,
Duane

Cheers, guys. Sorry to open up such a can of worms, I thought perhaps all you guys thought about was Belletts. You'll be (hopefully) pleased to hear I've bought a 65 Bellett and subject to it making the trip back to Pommieland we should be commencing the build in Jan.
Thanks for everyone's encouragement, I'll probably be after lots of bits and advice so you haven't got rid of me yet.
So.........can we talk about rugby instead? ;)
